3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. If the same person attempts to open multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all associated balances may be forfeited. a77bd uses technical methods to detect duplicate accounts.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Policy
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus

- Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum cap) → Total balance ৳37,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within a specified time period.
- Separate rules may apply for using bonuses on certain games.
- a77bd reserves the right to cancel a bonus if bonus abuse or fraud is suspected.
- Bonuses cannot be combined with other active promotions unless stated otherwise.
5.4 VIP Program
a77bd's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Advancement through VIP tiers depends on consistent activity on the platform. Sustained gaming activity is required to reach higher tiers.
6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy

8. Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before closing the account. Any bonus balance will be forfeited if the applicable wagering requirements have not been met.
8.2 Account Closure by a77bd
a77bd may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:
- Serious violation of these Terms
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
- Providing a false identity or information
- Violation of age requirements
- Operating multiple accounts
In the event of account closure, a77bd follows a policy of returning any valid balance (excluding bonuses), though it may be held temporarily during an investigation.
9. Limitation of Liability
a77bd provides its services as a safe and reliable platform. However, a77bd is not liable for the following:
- A game being interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection
- Losses caused by issues with the user's own device
- Delays caused by disruption to third-party services (such as payment gateways)
